Our Process
step 1: enquire
Enquire via our enquiry form and provide a few simple details. We will get back to you (within 48 hours) regarding our availability. From here, we share a questionnaire with you to help us understand more about your celebration and invite you to book a phone call if you're set with working with us, or we are happy to provide you with a quote via email.
step 2: plan
Once we have the info that's needed, we get to planning! This is the part where we will discuss with you your floral needs, give styling advice specific to your venue and personalised vibe in mind.
We can do all this via email for a quick quote, or scedule a phone call or meet in person for larger scale wedding designs.
step 3: booking
We simply require a 10% non-refundable booking deposit and provide a contract for you to review and sign. Once both steps have been completed, we are all yours!
step 4: finalise
Approximately a month prior to your special date, we will communicate with you via email, or phonecall [your choice]. Here we can ensure your vision will come to life perfectly, you are content with the plan and adjust it as necessary and clarify details like ceremony time, delivery addresses etc.
step 5: The Big Day
On the day we create for you, and bring the florals to life! We deliver personal items such as bouquets and lapels to both you and your fiancé, the morning of. The team transform your ceremonial and reception spaces, and you enjoy your day!
